A: FINISHWALL can hold up to 90 Pounds per Square Inch. The farther
you store items away from the vertical wall, the more that number decreases. A 20" high Cabinet can hold about 100 lbs, a
30" cabinet can hold about 150 lbs, and a 50" cabinet can hold about 200 lbs.

A: FINISHWALL panels can not be installed directly on to concrete walls.
We must first mount 2" x 3" ferring strips about 16" apart, directly onto the concrete wall. Once these ferring strips are
in place, FINISHWALL can then be screwed to these studs.

A: First, we remove the front plate cover of the switches and outlets.
We then remove the outlet (or switches) from the electrical box and pull them away from the wall. We then add an electrical
box extender on top of the existing electrical box and then remount the outlet. By doing this, we bring the outlet (or switch)
out from the wall to be flush with the FINISHWALL panel.
All garage door opener switches, sprinkler timer boxes, etc.
are removed from the existing walls and remounted back on top of FINISHWALL.

A: If you did not do a complete installation of FINISHWALL panels during
your first installation, Designer Garage can come back out at any time to add to your existing FINISHWALL storage system.
Using our unique FINISHTRIM, additional FINISHWALL can be added and modified so that you still maintain a seamless appearance

A: FINISHFLOOR tiles are ventilated to allow for water run-off and also
air-flow. When your garage floor gets wet, either by wetting it down while cleaning, or from snow melting off of your automobile
and sitting on the floor, the water runs out of your garage since your garage floor is built on a slight slope. Since FINISHFLOOR
is ventilated, that water can drop down below the tiles and flow out of your garage. Any left over water spots on your concrete
will evaporate, since the ventilated tiles allow for constant air-flow.

A: FINISHFLOOR can be cleaned in a number of ways. One way is to take
a shop-vac and run it over the garage floor. This will pick up any loose debris that may be under the floor tiles. Another
option is a leaf blower. This will blow out any leaves or loose dust/dirt from under your tiles. One of the most common
ways is to use a hose or pressure washer. Starting at the back of your garage, simply hose it down with water. The water
will run out of your garage under the tiles, and any left over water that accumilates underneath will evaporate. It is not
necessary to remove tiles to clean the concrete under them.
